Patient Journeys Through Australian Systems of Care: Workforce, Technology and Process Challenges This presentation examines how patients travel through systems of care specifically examining the pathways for COPD, cancer and stroke patients. Eric and Chris will discuss how to effectively plan technology distribution, address the Australian staff shortage and improve the coordination and integration of care across the whole system.
